Here, everything is homemade, with love and patience, just as our elders did. We take the time to simmer, to season, to taste, until the flavours are just right, sincere.

Our cuisine is inspired by the family recipes passed down from generation to generation. The ingredients come mostly from Corsican producers we know well: breeders, market gardeners, artisans… All share the same passion for quality and good taste.

What awaits you at our place? A simple atmosphere, friendly, just like home. Whether in the dining room, freshly air-conditioned, or on our shaded terrace as soon as the warm days arrive, you feel good there. People eat, laugh and share.

In the evening, from Tuesday to Sunday, our table opens to those who want to taste the soul of the island. And every weekend, Corsican guitars and voices take over: traditional songs and music from yesterday and today accompany your meal in a moment outside of time.
