1. Protection against everyday unforeseen events
The policy covers you in many everyday situations that could force you to cancel your trip:
- Health and Personal Life: Serious illness (including epidemics/pandemics such as Covid-19), serious bodily injury or death of yourself or a loved one.
- Professional Life: Economic redundancy or change/cancellation of your paid leave dates imposed by your employer.
- Administrative situations: Summons to appear in court (jury duty, witness, expert), summons for adoption or organ donation.
2. Total flexibility for your transport and accommodation

- Replacement vehicle: In the event of a breakdown, accident or theft of your vehicle during your stay, the cost of renting a replacement vehicle is covered (up to 3 days).
- Late arrival: If a covered event delays your arrival by more than 24 hours, you are refunded on a pro-rata basis for the days not used.
- Interruption of stay: If you have to cut your holiday short, unused services are refunded.

- Deposit Protection: Refund of the deposit withheld by the campsite in the event of accidental damage in your rental.
- Veterinary Care: Your pets (dogs/cats) are also protected in the event of illness or accident during the stay.
- Forgotten items: Coverage of shipping costs to recover a personal item left behind in your rental after your departure.
4. 24/7 Assistance and Repatriation
In addition to financial reimbursements, you benefit from comprehensive medical assistance including repatriation and coverage of medical expenses in the event of a health problem on site.
Important advice: For the Cancellation cover to be valid, the insurance must be taken out at the same time as your booking or, at the latest, before the start of the establishment’s cancellation fee scale.
How does it work?
The option can be selected directly when you make your online booking. The premium amounts to only 5% of the total cost of your stay. A small investment for complete peace of mind against last-minute unforeseen events!
