Among the remarkable points of these micro-regions, discover: BASTIA AND CAP CORSE – Typical and famous villages like Erbalunga, a haven for artists and painters, or the port of Macinaggio to discover the coast from the sea by boat. Fragrant orchards and the sunsets of Cap Corse complete a picture that is sometimes bucolic, sometimes impressively majestic. Next is Balagne and its western coast, which concentrates the island's agricultural wealth, a territory enhanced by the Regino delta and the steep cliffs of Monte Cinto. Experienced hikers will know that this region is part of the famous GR 20. Finally, there is the eastern coast with its many renowned fine sandy beaches.
