How does the tour of the estate work ?

The visit begins with a presentation of our olive groves and continues inside the mill. We explain the entire transformation process, from the reception of the olives to storage under nitrogen, to preserve all the properties of the oil.

Is wine tasting suitable for beginners ?

Absolutely. The tasting is designed as a moment of sharing. We teach you how to heat the oil, smell it and taste it to identify its unique characteristics, much like you would with a fine wine.
